Paul gave us an estimate from photos/video of the floor we wanted sanded. He arrived on time, explained the procedure, was well-mannered and polite, and was finished quicker than he had expected. The invoice reflected the reduced labour cost which was a pleasant surprise. The finished floor is very well sanded and finished to a high standard. Paul also left a bottle of floor cleaner with instructions. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul at AVS.

I recently moved to a new property with wooden worktops in the kitchen. These had seen better days and were sticky, water damaged, knife damaged and pans had ring marked them. I contacted Paul and he responded very quickly and arranged to give me a quote. From there the experience has been excellent.Paul booked me in quickly and arrived as arranged. He sanded all the tops - completely dust free!- and then re oiled them. They look like brand new - I am thrilled with the end result. Paul also gave me ongoing advice and cleaning solution and oil for future application. I cannot recommend Paul enough - very professional, well priced and fantastic job - thank you!

I used Paul to restore some wooden kitchen worktops that had been water damaged by tenants. The damage was quite severe and we were unsure as to how much they could be saved. Paul did an amazing job, the benches are as good as new. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using his service again to maintain the benches.
