They are always helpful here and at short notice when our cat suddenly got poorly they were faultlessly proffessional and whichever way you look at it they couldn't be more helpful while we were worried they were most comforting in guiding us through the cats illness and updated us on the phone during the evening.and giving invaluable help for our insurance claim. Another branch, unfortunately the same experience. It's shocking when your family pet is on medication to keep them alive and the vets can't seem to provide it when they say they will. 3pm the following day you are told, I have had nothing but problems, so the last and final time I ordered, well in advance, to still be given wrong information multiple times and passed around 3 centers to end up having to go to the Warwick branch I was trying to aviod in the first place because it's beyond awful there. At least this branch were apologetic about there inability to provide the medicine or accurate information on when it would be in ( it was, then it wasn't but was definitely going to be, at some point, maybe). Save yourself the headache and aviod if your pets life literally depends on medication and subsequently the competence of the veterinary practice.

We got our first puppy in January and the experience we've had from Avonvale has been outstanding from the very first day. Every single member of staff is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and they take great care to listen to you and answer whatever concerns you have. We also had to sadly take our puppy to their 24/7 emergency branch in Warwick and the woman there was exceptional, excellently navigating our teary anxiety over our puppy's injury and dealing with the situation with dignity, tact and professionalism while also carefully explaining why she was recommending what she did. Everyone there clearly loves animals and makes the effort to remember pets and their owners!
