I drove past yesterday to find out there is some sort of river works ongoing perhaps to improve flood control. These pictures were from years back to remind all of how beautiful and pristine the reserve was. I enjoyed quite a many walks in solitude at the reserve in 2019 and 2020. Seriously hoping the council gets this right and that the ecobalance and beauty of the reserve is restored back soonest.

A pleasant walk by the river. Surprised to see (and hear!) someone mowing the grass. Wouldn't hiring some tethered or fenced in sheep once a year be better?
