Engineer was useless, broke isolation valve, his report was boiler , is beyond economical repair, Vokera engineer repaired in 2 hours, and never needed to drain boiler, nor did he need to remove pump, or all the manifold, as your engineer suggested, TOTAL LIES, YOUR ENGINEER DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING!!!!!would never use your company again!!!!I AVOID THIS COMPANY,

Avon Ruby worked on our property following a water leak and we are really happy with the result. We had quite a bit of work done as the water had damaged the floor in the kitchen, hall & living room. Paula did an amazing job of coordinating the tradespeople and limiting the disruption whilst it was being done. She was really easy to work with; was very responsive and understood exactly what needed doing when. The tradespeople were a mixed bag with some better than others - two who stood out as deserving of praise were Andy who did an amazing job of the tiling and Sean who sorted out some of the joinery for us. We feel we were very lucky to have chosen an insurance company who use Avon Ruby as getting individuals with the different skills would have been a nightmare. I did start a Trust Pilot page for Avon Ruby after the team had finished my flat back in January - but here is the official 'Thank you to Paula in the office getting everyone organised, Marina too & a MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE TEAM here is my experience with Avon Ruby, who if I ever have an issue with my flat again, or my new property as I am moving soon - they would be the first company I would call for sure. After having my flat flooded out by the flat above mine, Avon Ruby was the insurance company's contact and I cannot tell you how happy I was with them. The plasterer came on 23/12/22 and plastered all the ceilings, also painted and varnished my oak worktops in the kitchen after sanding them down and removed the damaged white sealant along all the worktops, sink, cooker etc, this was done early so that everything would be dry before the main repair team arrived on 03/01/2023. 03/01 - O'Neil arrived on time to start the redecoration of all ruined areas thanks to the watermarks from the flat above - he worked hard and was so accurate and precise - he really took pride in his work and in Avon Ruby too. The bathroom, kitchen, corridor, hallway & living room were all damaged so O'Neil had his work cut out for him. A couple of days before O'Neil finished 2 great guys came over to measure up the flooring and to double check the wooden floor choice I had picked with Paula. It was right and off they went to collect the amount of wooden flooring needed, the day O'Neil finished all the decorating to a brilliant standard, AND matched the paint to a better shade than I had on the walls already - he left that evening and the following morning the two guys from the A Team were here to do the flooring, they were fantastic, everything perfectly cut to fit, they were fast and precise & so respectful of my property...they all were!!! All flooring was laid and even beading put round entire area, which was the hallway, corridor, living room - they even made a frame to go around some tiling I had in front of the fireplace to replace the ruined silver framing trim - it looked fantastic, so good that I really didn't want to put my furniture back in...!!!!!! I cannot thank Avon Ruby enough, I love my home and the guy upstairs that flooded my flat out was just so rude and uncaring - but - because of him I had to go through the Building Insurance of the Landlord - I am so glad I did, otherwise I would never have known about Avon Ruby, and I have recommended them to so many friends since the work was completed. Don't hesitate in getting Avon Ruby in to work on anything because they are fantastic. THANK YOU SO MUCH - PLEASE PASS ON MY THANKS TO THE TEAM AGAIN, they have probably forgotten me by now as it was back in January 2023.......God Bless and thanks again.
