I had an office here for a couple of years before Covid. Staff on site were excellent at that time, but when we moved out it was impossible to get our deposit back from the owners, which certainly left a sour taste. Recently I was informed the building's electicity has been cut off with businesses left with no option but to move out.

Had an office in the Avix Business centre for 6 months. Stacey on reception and the team are awesome - the two areas that are negatives are the car parking situation (other rude tenants constantly parking in your space despite warnings) and the big negative is that it took a ridiculous amount of time to receive my deposit refund back. I had to chase the company for months with minimal feedback - others have mentioned this within their reviews, so you have been warned!

Jan and staff in the centre are brilliant. The building is very cold and you have to rely on little heaters to heat the room. In the summer it gets really hot and then the AC is very temperamental. I was there for two years and always paid my invoice on time. However trying to get your deposit back or offset on you last payment is horrendous. Speaking to other tenants that have been there they have had the same issues.
