Had an appointment with the hygienist which was perfect. However I asked for an invoice to claim my insurance a month ago before I left the practice and they said they will send it asap. 9 out of 10 times they will not pick up the phone. Until now. I left voice message, I use their website to request the invoice (no email can be found) I still did not receive anything. I told them I need the invoice to claim my insurance. It just make me super frustrated. I literally call them more than 10 times and only one time they will pick up the phone and i request she send it right away she said she will do it asap. still did not receive. I will go to the practice later this week and no leaving until they send me what I need. After I left the review they called me back and proved that they sent the email but I cannot find it anywhere in the email. So they send it again to another email. So it is not the practice problem i changed it back to 5 stars but still it will be a lot easier if my phone call is picked up at the first place.

I went in to have my veneers replaced- after 12 years they weren't looking so great. From the online consultation, to the same-day procedure (totally painless and stress-free), Aviva were fantastic. I had 100% confidence in Dr Caplan at all times, and my teeth have never looked better or more natural- there's no way you could tell they're veneers at this point which is exactly what I wanted. I'm a very happy customer indeed.
