Cancelled my Scan which i had been waiting literally months for just being 4 minutes late. Half of which i spent waiting in the reception queue. Yet it was perfectly fine for them to cancel my previous scan just days before providing no explanation whatsoever.

I would give 0 star if I could as 1 star too good. Dr prekaw has no compassion no humanity I was spoken to with an attitude and told people are waiting just because we had a child with us who was crying thinking she is going to be injected. Instead of giving us few minutes to calm her she wass being completely nasty. Even a robot will show more compassion than this Dr especially if you can't speak English well and take anyone to support you. My relative with panic disorder and anxiety was forced to speak while I got thrown out of the room which resulted in her struggling to explain her condition. I was then asked back in because relative was struggling and feeling more unwell I asked why did you throw me out and she didn't like me pointing out how evil she behaved. Replace these nasty doctors with Robots we will be better off. Anybody cant speak English need support avoid this Doctor. She's Doctor by name only.

I asked for an appointment and also sent emergency documents expecting an appointment. I rang many times and it has been 2 months and still no response. And I am really angry. Ther have been no phone calls nothing and it is a waste of time. All they care is about their wage and don't give any worry about anyone's health although that's what they are their for.

Went for a ultra scan and I would highly recommend that you do NOT go here. I’ve had many scans and this was the worst experience that I’ve had. The person doing it couldn’t do it and I’m now left in a dilemma of starting from the beginning again. Recommend that you choose BRI always.

Was referred here by my GP for a dermatology appointment with Dr Khan. Not sure what people mean with the bad reviews. The lad on Reception was brilliant & Dr Khan was excellent also. He corrected a previous misdiagnosis from my usual GP and cleared up a lot of worries for me. Was even happy for me to ask a few additional questions and made sure to answer in detail. Can't fault this service one bit, very good from start to finish.

The staff and the doctor have a very bad attitude. We are not here to talk or make excuses and we need to come here and it is the doctor's job to check the patient and not to treat him rudely and abusively. I had a chest infection for a week and the doctor had a viral infection on the phone while my condition was getting worse day by day. I had to go to the emergency room and after 8 hours I was given medicine for ten days. My daughter has not been given medicine for a whole year before. The three-year-old girl is in a bad condition. There are no doctors, there are enemies who are just here to make fun of us

AVOID!!!! Do not join this useless surgery. Reception staff are so rude, can never get through to them on the phones but if your lucky enough to after hours of trying they put you down for triage with the complete wrong information for the doctors. The doctors are useless they never want to see you and ALWAYS fob you off with a telephone conversation or even better A TEXT MESSAGE!!! What are you meant to do with a text when you need to speak to the GP in person. Worst person for this is Gemma Raby, rude and not helpful cant even be bothered to pick the phone up to help with someones health. This surgery needs reporting to CQC its absolutely disgusting how they don’t care about patients health, people obviously be vulnerable but that means nothing to them!!! Mr Akram Khan is also very rude and passive, talks down on you when you actually need health advice. Get it sorted, useless place I don’t even know how it’s still running like that. Absolute shambles.
