Ordered a nilfisk patio cleaner, which turned up by dpd very fast. Unfortunately it started to leak on its first use.After phoning Avern they sorted out nilfisks problems by sending me a new one straight away. Ryan was super helpful and replied to my emails very quickly. Would order from here again.

Appalling customer service, ordered a linen trolley which I was informed would take 3-4 working days. 7 days later I contacted to find out where it was and I was informed of a full refund and that I would receive the item by the 4th of March as they do not have it in stock. I still had not received the item by the 4th of march and when I spoke to customer service I was told that my order was cancelled by someone, to this I was not informed.

Disgusting. I ordered a hoover from them and a few days later was told the order was undeliverable. This was clearly rubbish as they simply increased the the price of the item which was then delivered a few days later. They clearly simply cancelled my first order so they could charge more. Absolutely disgusting and fraudulent, unfair trading practices

Ordered an item through Amazon. Advertised as delivery in 2-3 days but took 7 days and not the item I ordered. Customer service was rude, patronising and dismissive. Told me the item they were advertising for sale had not been made for 4 years. Attitude was, well you can always apply for a refund.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a vacuum, was late, and wrong model, got them to pick it up, they promised to throw in some freebees, also late getting the next one... which AGAIN was wrong model, and of course...no free accessories! Has marks on some of the parts. Lost the will to live at this point, so kept this model as I can't go through changing it 'yet' again. Will be ringing them after the weekend though, just to tell them how we feel about this company. Advice.... buy from somewhere else!

After ordering a item from them and the website telling me I can have it the next working day if I order in the next 19min i went ahead as I needed it ASAP and paid the next day delivery change. The item did not turn up till 2 days after which was disappointing and to make things worse after emailing them to tell them I’m not happy a just get attitude from the sales team Do not order from them as they just don’t care about you ,
