Than and the nursing team are all brilliant, kind reassuring and knowledgeable clinically and humanly. Debra also provides fantastic care as a hygienist. Always been happy with the outcomes of my provided healthcare. Recently contacted by a receptionist who has led me to leave and source another practice - On this experience alone. Maybe some more training in customers services. I am going through the process of having orthopaedic treatment which would have seen me regularly attending the practice… I feel sad to have to leave from this but I am unwilling to be spoken to how she did. I’ll re-join at a drop of a hat once there is a change in staff. Maybe just a bad day……. Than and the team (apart from her) I wish you all the best for the future. Many thanks, Tom
