Terrible Post Sale, Support and Environmental Responsibility: We would like to share a review regarding the products offered by AVENIR ROOFING, specifically mentioning their items such as the Techno Spray Contact Adhesive canisters in 22 Litres size, along with others. Unfortunately, it appears that once AVENIR products are used, individuals are left with a dilemma regarding their disposal. According to guidelines provided by the UK Environment Agency, it is expected that both manufacturers and distributors take responsibility by offering alternative solutions or collection services for the recycling or proper disposal of environmentally hazardous materials. However, after reaching out to this company over the course of several weeks in search of a suitable resolution, I found their sales team, including their manager and a sales representative named Luke, to be irresponsibly insistent on recommending the drilling and cutting of these flammable canisters as a means of disposal. It is disheartening to witness that this company does not take accountability for the products they sell, nor do they prioritise environmental welfare or demonstrate care towards their clients, the community and the environment once the sale and delivery of the products are completed. We are now escalating and reporting this company with the support of the local council to the Environment Agency and other agencies.

Unfortunately their post sale customer service is very poor. A few years ago Avenir sourced and installed a flat roof membrane incorrectly and now we have significant issues with water ingress in multiple places. Despite a 20 year guarantee for “complete peace of mind”, they aren’t interested in even visiting the property to inspect, let alone fix the damage. Very poor.

This company really cares and only cares about their profit. They are lacking any sense of appropriate customer service and when they send out their over-priced products, they don't give a hoot in what condition the customer receives it in. Do not purchase from this company, even if it means changing your project plans. Trust me, you'll be better off for it.
