If I could give less than one star I would! Bloody awful company, I have no idea how they are being allowed to operate! Purchased a load of cases from Credit4cars, contacts customers claiming they still owe money on a paid off car, claims they are going to close the account and instead puts it as a default! Oh and conveniently there is no way to speak to them directly! Absolute incompetence and they should look forward to receiving contact from my legal representation!

This company is an absolute joke. After returning from holiday to find my car and house was burgled they were not interested in helping me with my car and the problem that it had been stolen. There was a tracker fitted to the car which they had the details for as it was their tracker and they held the details for. The police and myself needed those details to find the car.... they weren't interested. I was behind on a few payments due to having my life belongings and car stolen and once I had the car returned by the police they come and took the car from me without telling me even after I offered to buy the car outright. So now I owe £9000 for a car I don't have. Waste of time and money do not do business with this company they will have your pants down and eyes out!

They're brilliant when it comes to you signing up but once they've got you, they don't give a dam! My car is going back tomorrow and I'm glad to see the back of them. On a side note, the waranty they include (which, if you read the details, you pay for) covers literally nothing. I had a few instances where I wanted to claim but they always had an excuse. If you get through or someone calls you back.

Is it possible to post a review of less than one star? negative stars would be great. I got a car through C4C (Credit4Cars) September 2015, within the first 3 days bits of trim and started coming away from the car, I thought no big deal, must just be crap luck. Later, THE SAME WEEK, BOTH door handles came off and the key fob broke, I hasten to add that when I was given the key fob it was held together with a bit of duck tape, alarm bells should of started then. Unfortunately since then I have tried to talk to them via phonecalls, emails and letters to get all the problems rectified. They do not seem to care at all. I have spoken to shoosmiths and Avelo, neither of which have contacted me back or even picked up a phonecall. To anyone that is having trouble with them, follow the same route I am taking, I have spoken to the CAB and they think they may have found a problem with the paperwork that is ILLEGAL. I would encourage you to take them for all they are worth, they are worthless scum. To anyone looking to get a car on finance through Shoosmiths or Avelo, DONT. Just dont. Its not worth it.

Shoosmiths/Avelo finally came to collect the car today while I was at work with no warning or negotiatons with the company as shoosmiths/avelo do not even have the balls to answer the phone to discuss the Voluntary termination as requested. As far as I am concerned from my end business is complete. Everyone involved from the start are lying cheating scumbags and this includes credit4carsales/c4c colchester/avelo/shoosmiths/asset exchange and any other name they choose to trade under. As the contract is void as explained to them the first time both in email, letter and phone. I will no longer be dealing with any of these cowboys. To put things in simple terms AVOID like the plague or forever regret your dealings with ANYONE mentioned above. I am sure they will soon change names again however I will be sure to keep up my research and let everyone know what kind of people you are Avelo, you can run but you cannot hide GARY STACEY and ex director/crook - John Albert Webster!! A quick search - Interesting statistics taken from company check that's for sure, seems like this is the guy who initially took us for a ride. Brought a car from c4c. Once I picked the car up. I have had nothing but issues with the car. I have called and emailed them and no replies untill I stopped payments, then they called me ASAP and refused to acknowledge my emails or calls. By the time they contacted me regarding me stopping payments. The c4c had gone into bankruptcy and my warranty was out of period. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. C4C. AVELO. AND SHOOSMITH are all the same companies and corrupt
