I've just had the best cut I've had in many years by Angelo. Our first meeting, he listened to what I wanted and gave me a really thorough and careful cut, then after drying cut some more. It's one of those cuts where despite lots of hair being cut away, it ends up looking way fuller and thicker than it did before. I'm delighted. Thank you Angelo. (The building, other staff and atmosphere was also great.)

Pros: The stylists are incredibly talented and professional. Smells delicious and natural. Cons: No way to tip using a credit card. Very inconvenient and awkward if you don't have cash. Management needs to enact the method of credit card tipping.

Had a cut and blow-dry with Chloe. She was amazing from start to finish. Really listened to what I wanted and made some excellent recommendations for hair loss. Chloe provided two different ideas for a haircut and I really appreciated the advice. I had the purifying hair treatment as well. Chloe was also very friendly and would definitely book another haircut with her. It was my first time visiting and the salon requested 50% deposit and information about hair prior to the appointment.

This place is a gold mine for hijabi women. There is a sectioned off area (pictured) specifically for Muslim women who cover. If you're a hijabi woman living in London, you know how few places there are like this. I visited this salon on Saturday 27th May and saw Ayshe for a haircut. I was running late but she saw me anyway. This salon is their flagship store. There's a cafe and they have a range of services including facials, massages, waxing etc. After I discussed with Ayshe what I wanted, I got my hair washed and scalp massaged by Ruby which was relaxing. Overall, I'm really pleased with my haircut and the service I received. I wasn't worried that someone was going to walk into the private area either. The haircut cost me £80 which is cheaper than Harrods where I paid £110. I'm going again in June to get my hair coloured. The only downside I would say is the employees work on commission so they upsell you products. I understand they have to do this as part of their job but it can be a bit frustrating. Tips - Book a free consultation and patch test if you're getting your hair coloured - If you have thick hair, book a "style and prep" service. Your appointment will be 1 hour and 30 minutes (usually 1 hour) with no extra cost. The only catch is you have to add on a treatment which will cost you £15. - There are stylists of all levels e.g. New talent or master technician. I went for a master technician.
