Fran was the developer on my recent flat purchase. As this was my first time buying a property I was so grateful that Fran was the person assigned to support me. Not only was she extremely knowledgable on the process, supporting me every step of the way and talking me through every next step, she was also extremely patient with me and made me feel extremely comfortable to speak candidly with her. No task was too small for her if it meant making my experience less stressful. For example she kindly let me and my mum into the property on a number of occasions so I could measure for furniture, or she was there to let my family and friends view to offer their opinions. On numerous occasions she went above and beyond to be available with no task being too small if it meant making my experience as stress free as possible. I would also like to flag that Fran’s support does not end once you have moved in, she is always there to support you on any queries or general support you may need, she really goes above and beyond her day job to really look after her clients. In short Fran is very amazing at her job and there isn’t anything I can think of that she could have done better. I am very grateful for all her help and support in making a very stressful period of my life as smooth and easy as possible.
