Renewing a policy took about 20 minutes of questions, crazy garbled statements which supposedly prove I was told! All insurance is the same now and they need to get rid of the nonsense. But will their lawyers let them simplify things. Having said all that their rates seem as good as others but the trick is to buy what you need right now then upgrade when you find you need extra cover. They can upgrade and you pay for the remaining months only. However, they can’t downgrade so if you have an expensive holiday near the policy start you are trapped.

Spoke to them today kept getting cut off. One woman was nice then spoke to some stupid little boy who was so abrupt and really upset me when asking intrusive questions about my child's pre existing medical conditions. Really heartless. Take a second to think one day you may have a loved one with serious issues and that may affect you, you rude little boy.
