Ana is amazing and she has magic hands. I suffered with sciatica pain for weeks, going through various physio therapies. Improvement was really slow. I had therefore decided to book a session with Ana and omg it was the best decision I have ever made. Literally immediately I seen significant improvement that I havenāt been able to achieve for 7 weeks of exercising. Iām not going to lie there was few uneasy moments when she touched āthe spotā but she was very respectful and only continued with my approval. AMAZING!! iāve had a bad back for years iāve seen chiropractors, physiotherapist, and massages but nothing beats this service, so knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does. Iāve never been pain free and able to move around as much a as i can now. The amount of effort and equipment used is remarkable. really and honestly canāt recommend enough if you want something firm and a proper sport/deep tissue massge.
