Joe was so incredibly helpful when our pool cover broke, we had already had another company look at it with no solution. He was able to talk me through the process of how to make it safe for my children and usable until he can get the part to fix it. I would highly recommend him.

My experience is that Joe was efficient to provide me with a price for a new pool cover hydraulic pump (over £2,200) but would not provide details about the pump brand ie specification or warranty. Given the amount quoted and that existing pump failed in 8 just years I wanted this info. Additionally, Joe said the pump could be fitted in early August, but then after my questions, he was suddenly booked until mid-September. He now refuses to undertake the work. Not a company I would recommend.
