  My dress appointment was amazing from start to finish. We were met with lovely service and drinks before the appointment. I had JJ on hand to help, he made me feel at ease and was super friendly, asking all about my venue and fiance. He brought out the dress I ended up buying and it was perfect, he was great at choosing dresses in the style I wanted. He was super patient as I was so indecisive between a few dresses. He happily let me try the same dresses on again to compare them. JJ even put my hair into a half up do so that I could see the dresses with the hairstyle I want on the day. To top off the appointment, I was given a bag of really thoughtful goodies and allowed time to take pictures with my friends at the end. The atmosphere is gorgeous, I would definitely recommend looking for your dress here!

  It was the best experience for me all the way These guys are absolutely brilliant on what they do😍 I had the best bridal experience, the best guidance and the customer service ever.   Absolutely fantastic experience with Bernie at Ava Rose Hamilton in Colne. Not being very girly, and at the time being around size 18, I was dreading the wedding dress shopping experience. Bernie was brilliant at making me feel comfortable and I didn't feel at all restricted in my choice of dresses to try. I found my perfect dress! I wanted to lose weight but wasn't sure on size to order (the sample was a 16 but fit). We decided to wait on ordering until I had a better idea of how much weight I was losing. I returned a few months later and a bit lighter and we discussed how much more I intended to lose and how a smaller size might be a better option, so I went ahead and ordered a 14. I collected my dress yesterday and it fits perfectly! Cannot praise Bernie and the rest of the staff enough. They make you feel so welcome and make sure you have the best experience. I can't recommend them enough!

  Absolutely perfect. The shop at Silsden is beautifully decorated and looks really special. Hope met us as we entered, she was so sweet, polite and attentive. My stylist Jj was just fantastic. He asked so many questions to get to know me, my fiancé, wedding venue and style. He just got me and my bridal party. I did not feel rushed or under any pressure. During the whole process, I had two appointments, I felt so special and beautiful, which is amazing as at the moment I feel quite body conscious after putting some weight back on. I honestly do not think Jj could have done anything to make the experience any more special. I can not wait to return when my dress arrives. A huge Thank you xxxx

  My initial dress experience with Ava Rose Hamilton was great, my consultant was lovely and took the time to really make me feel special… that was until I actually needed some help. After paying for my dress in full and then needing the help of the boutique later down the line, their service was appalling and quite frankly, really disappointing. Almost a year after purchasing my dress I made the truly difficult decision (for personal reasons) that I wasn’t going to be able to walk down the aisle in it anymore and as a first time bride I had no idea what to do in this situation and so I called up the boutique (in tears) to ask for their advice and help. The boutique was really unhelpful and to be completely honest… insensitive and rude. They proceeded to tell me that I had no options with them other than to purchase a new dress, then when I said I needed some time to think about what I could do next and called up the second time, they went as far as to ask “if my wedding has been cancelled?” to which my mouth quite literally fell open. When going to collect the gown they weren’t their usual friendly selves as they were when I first bought the gown and made me feel incredibly awkward, as though I’d done something wrong, despite paying full price for the dress. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this boutique as I know I’m not the first bride to go in a different direction with their gown and I know I won’t be the last and I’d hate for someone else to have to experience what I did when all you need is a helping hand from somewhere that you dedicated a lot of time, emotion, effort, and money to.

  Bought my dress here. Absolutely amazing, could not fault them at all. So caring and reassuring, had a wonderful experience. Ava spent time with me, I never felt rushed or pressured. Incredible selection of dresses for different budgets and stunning accessories. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and refreshments offered. I had some doubts after picking my dress and they took time to reassure me and see if its what I wanted. Could not praise enough.

  I had such a lovely experience here at ava rose and would definitely recommend to anyone to visit this bridal shop! Initially I was very nervous about trying on dresses as I am super short (4ft 11) and plus size so finding things to fit my shape isn't fun or easy.. however I was so shocked that all the dresses I tried on fit me no problem at all and all looked really beautiful on! My bridal buddy was JJ and he was perfect, very kind, very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted. The whole process for me was so easy and I had the best time! I didn't expect to find my dress so soon but honestly I couldn't take my eyes off of it! It was so sparkly and I felt like a real Disney princes, not plus size at all ,I felt amazing!   My daughter said yes to the dress today. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Such a Beautiful boutique. Jj our daughter’s stylist was just fantastic, he made her feel so at ease. He helped her find the perfect dress and Nothing was too much trouble. We Would like to say a big Thank you to him. And she was given a lovely goodie bag to take home. Can’t recommend this Bridal shop enough and the lovely Jj.

  Absolutely amazing personal service from start to finish, considering how indecisive I am, I really thought I’d be given up on as I was probably the most indecisive customer they’ve had! But they were so patient and lovely and I wasn’t rushed at all, Ava & Becki spent so much time finding me the perfect dress that was everything I dreamed of, thank you so much girls, you are both amazing at your jobs and I’d recommend you to anybody! X

  Once upon a time a few weeks ago I was on my way to Ava Rose Hamilton Silsden to look for my dream wedding dress. From the minute I walked in the door you were made to feel welcome drinks were offered on arrival which was a lovely start to the dress hunt! JJ arrived as if by magic and this was the start of my dress finding journey ! Let me tell you JJ was AMAZING ! I explained the look I was after and within minutes there were dresses ready to try on ! JJ was so helpful I felt I had another best friend ! He made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgable which made the whole experience a breeze ! JJ even did an updo on my hair to give a more bridal look, where do his talents end! A huge thank you to Liv who looked after myself and the girls ! After trying on many dresses I found THE ONE at Ava Rose ❣️ The End …… for now 🙌🏼
