The shop is just beautiful, as others have said, we were left to browse the dresses by ourselves, but Imogen fully explained this, and why, and that if more guidance was needed she would have lots of input but it's important for her to see what I choose and how some of the dresses look 1st, which made total sense. I enjoyed having the shop to ourselves as it made the experience feel more special and personal. Evenn thought I was nervous, imagen talked me through everything and made me feel confident in my choices, and ultimately found my dream dress, there were tears! I absolutely loooove my dress and am so happy I choose this boutique. I chose Ava Louise because they held such a selection of stunning and unique dresses. I'm short and "plump" but even the smaller dressed she found a way to get me into it haha! Thank you so much x hannah x

The most memorable experience from start to finish. Ava Louise bridal were accommodating from my first email communication from the minute I arrived to the store. In my mind I saw two dresses and I was set on one. Ava bridal made my wedding dress dream come true and for that I am forever grateful. I took 4 family members on the day and each one was made to feel extremely welcome 🤗 This was the first store I had visited, and I purchased the first dress I tried on, as my preferences were listened to and Imogen did everything she could to make it work. I would highly recommend Ava bridal to any newly bride wanting a truly unforgettable experience. The setting is clean, tidy, friendly and above all personable :)

I had such a wonderful experience at Ava Louise with Imogen. So many beautiful dresses to choose from, and I already had my heart set on a Made With Love dress which I did end up saying yes to at Ava Louise. I tried on a few more dresses at the shop, and Imogen made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She went above and beyond for me and it was such a special experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and I’m just so pleased I was able to buy my dress here. I would definitely recommend Ava Louise to any bride to be.

The beautiful shop stocks Made With Love Bridal dresses, which I had my eye on, but was also recommended to me by friends. Imogen has a fantastic range of beautiful dresses, is so kind and courteous and went above and beyond during the appointment. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and nothing was too much trouble, which was massively appreciated. The appointment was perfect; it felt relaxed but still incredibly special and I am so pleased I managed to find the dress of my dreams here. Loved my visit to Ava Louise Bridal. Imogen communicated well with me before my appt. I visited for one designer but she holds many others too. I was left with time with my family to look through, no limit on dress numbers etc, and no pressure. Imogen made me feel comfortable and gave her opinions appropriately, she wasn’t pushy and very relaxed around buying etc. I said yes to the dress! After starting my journey, i knew i was set on trying a Made With Love dress. This was the one designer i was drawn to online. Ava Louise was my nearest stockist, so my mum and I took a trip one Thursday afternoon. On arrival, Imogen was welcoming, let us know what was where and left us to choose a few gowns i liked the look of. I personally liked this as it can be quite overwhelming when faced with a room of dresses and it meant i had the time and space to look at them all. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Once trying them on, she advised on others that were of a similar material/style that i liked. I found a dress and she advised it would be the designers trunk show in a few weeks time, should i wish to go back and benefit from a discount. We did just this. On the trunk show day i tried another 3/4 dresses and purchased the one! The boutique is lovely and I found Imogen extremely helpful. Her advice on styles/veils/sleeves and material detail is something i wouldn’t have had a clue about on my own. The service was personal, friendly, and i can’t wait for my dress to arrive. Thank you
