Rang for a quote the day before spring bank holiday. Got a price of £160. Called back the next day they said the price had increased to £220 because I don’t call back the same day. Total waste of time. So I asked if their prices change day to day and they said yes. Naturally I went elsewhere.

staff are disrespectful in all manners not 1 pearson in the shop had a mask on following covid rules not helpfull at all would not be recommending the shop for anything at all even if some things are value for money or not I don't even want to give the shop 1 star it doesn't deserve any.Also after careful looking into the issue I'm dealing with if it was real and not a fake a box and manual along with a receipt of purchase should of been provided none of these were
