I'm afraid I didn't get good service. I filled out the enquiry form on their website on 5th of April. 6 days later I'm still waiting for a response. I have phoned the company on 3 separate occasions to ask them a quick technical question. The particular person is never available to answer my question. I'm now using a different company instead.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY Totally disappointed and stressful š š Reasons NOT to use this company Needed an ABS pump fixed Had 2 fault codes shown up Firstly was told it would take 2 - 5 working days to have it repaired and sent back to me Secondly it would cost Ā£195 They contacted me to say the ABS pump was fixed and the charge was Ā£244 NOT Ā£195 I paid Ā£15 at my local post office to get it sent, next day special delivery Received the pump back 10 working days, after they had received it later NOT 2-5 working days, as promised Then to discover that the pump still was reading the SAME FAULT CODES Contacted them to discuss the problem and they said that I could send it back to them but would have to pay them ANOTHER Ā£244 , don't think so Definitely would NOT recommend AUTO TRONICS even for fixing a toy car Service: Auto brake repair

I had them to repair my key and ignition esi they charge me for a new key and esi system be repaired It stopped working under a year sent it back off because not sure of issue has the battery was fine in van They rang me to say it was the key to and needed buy a new key. So under a year it failed and I had to pay for a new key lose 5 days of work on top of that. Iām not happy at all with being charged after paying over Ā£500 last time. Not very good service at all
