Refused to replace brake pads on my car unless I used parts supplied by them. Said they dont use customer supplied parts due to 'liability issues' but to me it seems that the only reason they don't use customer supplied parts is because they can't overcharge you for parts. Awful.

Used Autosolutions when he was based in Reading, that was an 80 miles round trip for me and my family, now he is in Newbury it's only 50 mile round trip. Why do it? Because I have been ripped off before at other garages and my husband, my daughter and myself trust Mike at Autosolutions, we know that the work that is done is totally necessary and that our cars are completely safe.
