Pretty poor level of cleanliness and finish, lots of parts of vehicle not even washed! Interior not much better, spent an extra hour cleaning inside after he left. Would expect this level of finish from a car park hand wash, not a professional valet. 2 stars and not 1 as he is a nice guy and turned up on time, but realistically the service did not justify the price.
