I'm always wary of going to my Honda main dealer for out-of-warranty repairs, due to high prices and previous bad experiences. So when my A/C started blowing warm air I Googled for a reasonably local service and checked the reviews. Now that I've used this service, it's only right that I leave a review of my own. Having contacted Craig late in the day, I was able to drop my car off the next morning and leave them to diagnose the issue. Before long I had a call explaining the root cause of the fault and providing me with a quote. Not only was the quote very reasonable but they also had the required part in stock and were able to get the job done that same day. I don't live in Stafford so it was brilliant to be able to get everything done within a few hours and enjoy a drive home in a nice, cool car. Hopefully that's my A/C sorted for a long time now, however; I'll have no hesitation in recommending this service if friends, families or colleagues need anything doing. Thank you

Have owned my car for 8 years, and had my aircon re-gassed at Halfords for the first time last summer. Had a warrantee for a year on it but it didn’t even last that long, I rang them and they told me it was in need of another re-gas. Got in touch with Craig and he advised a diagnostic check to see what was happening, they got to the bottom of the bigger problem, got me booked in with them in less than a week and sorted before midday on the day. Really professional, trustworthy and meticulous in their work. Helpful with information on how I can keep my air con in good condition and found them very approachable throughout the work. Thanks!
