Purchased a wheel balancer from automotech last year, had nothing but issues with the product, given it was the lower end of the scale price wise but still not up to scratch, upon phoning for assistance we were fobbed of saying if it’s slightly damp inside it will not work and to apply a heat source into the area and it will work, not very happy with the aftercare team and would like our issues resolved.

If you’re in need of garage equipment I would urge you to give these guys a go, I’ve bought a 4 tonne 2 post ramp, tyre changer, wheel balancer, hydraulic press, oil drainer, a transmission Jack and an air Jack, most of these products are in high use every day and have been for almost 2 years. Everything has been impeccable. I have been in the motor trade for 25 years and have always used Hoffman equipment up till now. These products are absolutely fantastic and should you have any problems with it the staff are unbelievably knowledgeable with their products and spare parts seem to be available for next day dispatch and at a very reasonable price. We’ll done Automotech Services, we at Fastyres in Bridport are very pleased with company 10/10
