Spoke to someone on the phone was reassured was Audi specialist. Was told to come in and will diagnose the problem however after a very quick 10 minute diagnosis I was told without explanation that they couldn’t fix this fault and will still have to pay £60 for the diagnosis. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and feel it was just a quick short cut way of making money. Also false information that they are Audi specialist after the 10 minutes was told to go to Audi main dealer. Service: Transmission repair

The guys fixed the gear box in a week. The cars old but worth while keeping running. 12 months/12,000miles warranty, met the man who did the work and he showed me the parts replaced. Drove the car on a 100 miles country roads round trip, pulls like a dream. Great guys, it costs what it costs, all quotes in the same ball park…
