Called Autobreak as we needed our car scrapped. I got one quote from them on the phone but a higher one through their website when I booked the collection later in the day. They called a few hours later and offered to collect the car within 20 minutes. The man who did so was very helpful & polite. I was told the money would be in my account within an hour but I had to follow it up the next morning. It then took until after lunch for it to reach me. Quoted £517 online for complete with wheels.Didnt bother to make any contact for 3 days.when "I" called them on 4th day they said the "Quote was to high" and can only pay £430.At the very least could have contacted me and explained. Needed car removed ASAP and now need to go through the whole process again!! Disgusting way to run a buisness
