Couldn’t recommend enough! I did the 10 day upholstery course and having been on other upholstery courses, it is the most comprehensive course that I have been on. Jacquie and Claire are amazing, willing to talk you through any question or problem from the actual upholstery to the best places to buy fabrics or pricing up jobs. Learnt a ridiculous amount in such a short amount of time and was treated so, so well. If you’re looking to start a business then it is the perfect place to gain all the knowledge you would need to get going. You are put with other people doing different projects (classic cars, modern and camper van) so you are able to learn from the other students in order to get a better outlook on all the differences between different types of seats, and learn the little tricks along the way. Having now set up my business, I cannot thank them enough.

I have just completed a 10 day course and achieved so much in that time. From zero sewing experience to a complete reupholster of a VW Beetle Seat. Jacquie’s teaching methods are relaxed, fun and tailored to suit you as an individual. My lack of experience didn’t matter and we got cracking on with sewing machine skills from Day 1. A huge thanks to Jacquie, Sam and Claire for their efforts and welcoming hospitality! If you are considering learning this skill as a hobby or for business, I would highly recommend Jacquie and the rest of the team. I will be back in future to brush up on some more detailed skills.

Honestly, I cannot praise Jacquie (and Sam) enough for a brilliant introduction to upholstery trimming. My education into the work of interior upholstery, the stages involved and to do the job properly have been amazing. Lovely, (and very, very patient) in the approach to teaching, Jacquie has taken me through the stages involved in just a few days.
