From the initial phone call very informative and professional. On the actual day of installation I found Auto Torque to be very efficient and well organised. They even made me a hot drink whilst I waited for my car to be done. Immaculate workshops and professional members of staff. It was also nice to walk round their site admiring other customers pride and joys. Very happy with the noticeable improvement of my cars performance, seems to be getting better every time I drive it! ECU must be learning.

Autotorque is doing all the maintenance on my GTR . The service is professional and friendly . Phone calls are picked up quickly, emails and whatsapp messages rapidly answered . An estimate is always sent prior to any job being carried out . So far the final bills have been very close to their estimates and even under for the last couple of visits . The team at Autotorque also went above and beyond to get parts delivered to me over Christmas when my car was malfunctioning while abroad .
