See below for my response to their claims. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR. MF13 HVY. Bought and 1 month later, the head gasket cracked. They said they would replace the engine as a warenty claim. Got the car back after 6 weeks, and a few weeks later there's a missfire. Over the next 3 months the car goes back in for new injector coils, then fuel injectors. A few weeks later, another check engine light. I looked into it and there was never a claim through the warranty, and they had been doing unsanctioned, dodgy work on the car without my permission. I requested a refund and they ducked my calls for a few weeks. Ended up getting a majority refund through the bank which took 5 months because they contested the claim without grounds to contest. They still owe me £1600 (deposit paid on a seporate card) which I am pursuing. Terrible service, cowboy garage who prefer to do bodge jobs on cars they sell you, rather than be honest, and provide a refund and taking the time to fix cars properly. You stated in your response that the problem occurred because I didn't keep an eye on the coolant levels. It was a cracked coolant pipe that caused the problem which you did not fix when you "replaced the engine" so the coolant leaked again so I had to bring it back.... again. You stated you would replace the engine under warranty, which you did not. So I have no idea what work you actually did on the car but I sanctioned you replacing the engine under warranty, which it wasnt, so any work carried out was unsanctioned. If you did replace the engine with a new one like you said, why was there further issues with a miss fire, broken injector coil and faulty fuel injector. I've repeatedly asked for invoices throughout this dispute which you haven't provided. And when the car was picked up it was in limp mode due to pressure in the fuel lines.... so definitely a 'non runner'. The fact of the matter is you were dishonest, carried out poor work on the vehicle, which was unsactioned and just tried to duck my calls and emails when I asked for a refund. You shouldn't be allowed to trade as a garage or car dealer if you act is such a way.

Seen a car I was interested in messaged them the said the would call at 3pm as I requested because I work nights, it now 6.30 pm no call, looked back on auto trader it’s gone, would of been polite to have received a call saying someone else was interested, I would of done my best to get there today, would never look at a car from them again
