Just had my lights burn out after a heavy rain. Was trying to figure out why and just found that my lights weren't reinstalled correctly. The rubber seals around the housing were damaged or not placed back how they should be allowing water to get into both units.

Only nice thing is the bays where you can do it yourself other than that it is overpriced for the service they provide.

Lied to us about our headlights being in UK spec. Brought our US car in for light conversion when we PCSd in. After they supposedly did it, we would routinely get flashed by other drivers. Brought it in again, and they said the would adjust it more. Still would get flashed for the next 3 years. PSCd just now and took our car to auto hobby in Ramstein to convert back to US/European. Ramstein says our headlights are and have been completely in spec for driving on the right side of the road! No wonder we'd been getting flashed by other drivers the whole time.
