Really difficult to buy anything from this company. Partner left name and number , they didn't get back... He ended up going into the store , was in for a good while and gave them a list of items he wanted to order in , he offered to pay a deposit but was told not needed. Weeks later he's still chasing to buy this chainsaw etc Weeks ended up as months they gave every excuse under the sun of why they didn't have the item , he went for a slightly different model since they couldn't get the first one but this was still too difficult for them. I don't believe they actually sell items at the shop. I think it's a fake shop. Went to another company in Perth and got the saw the same day with all equipment, safety gear etc no issues. Auto garden you lost out on a good £1000 or so to a competitor, I don't know why you didn't want to sell stuff. Also - the older gentleman was completely computer illiterate which made a very frustrating experience, very time consuming waiting for him to try to search the PC
