Following issues with our large motorhome electrics we contacted Jay & Sarah who from the first moment were fantastically helpfully. We were booked in quickly, drove to their workshop, where Jay was able to identify the problems and offer solutions with a quick turnround. The end result is a much more satisfactory unit, charging battery with solar panels which had been fitted from new but apparently never worked and technical improvements way beyond my paygrade! My treasured PT Cruiser was in the last chance saloon. It had had PCM problems for over 2 years with the Malfunction Indicator Light always coming on. I had tried numerous garages, all of which either weren't interested or wanted vast sums of money to investigate the problem. My final phone call before giving up was to AED and Jay was fantastic. He was interested in the history of the problem, methodical in his approach to fixing it and, armed with a van full of diagnostic equipment, set to work on my car. Within just over two hours all was fixed, no more MIL and no fault codes showing and all done for a very fair price. Jay is an auto electrics genius and is a pleasure to deal with.
