I bought a car from Jim several months ago now and have been very happy with the performance of the car. After taking it for a test drive, there were some minor tweaks I wanted prior to purchase, including an air con top-up. Having been used to false promises in the past, I was amazed that everything was tip top the very next day with the air con ice cold. Jim was thorough and professional throughout the sale and took time to talk through aspects unique to the car. I was also impressed following discussions from him as to how careful he is as to where he procures his cars in order to minimise the risk of things going wrong. And the purchase came with a 12 month MOT to boot. Overall a faultless transaction - thank you.

It’s been a month since we purchased our new car from Jim, and it’s running fine. Buying from Jim was a great experience; much more relaxed than a dealership- but just (if not more) professional and at a fair price comparable to the much more pushy car supermarkets. I’d happily recommend Jim to anyone who’s looking for a great used car!

Had a very bad experience with this dealer. Car was not as described but we overcame that only for it to play up on the way home. I decided enough was enough and to get my money back (next day), he tried to take £100 for himself? cost me £200 to deal with him in transport costs etc. I gave car back with over half a tank (£70) it came with barley nothing yet nothing offered for my troubles. He even told me he was going away in the car at the weekend so knew rightly the fuel I put in would be used. Just very disapointing. One to AVOID sadly. The reply from the owner is laughable, perhaps just one of them things but buyers beware

My husband bought me a beautiful convertible from Jim at Auto Cult, it was extremely well maintiained, red leather seats and you can tell that a lot of effort was put in to make it such a lovely car. It was on our drive when I was home from work as a surprise for our anniversary present. However, as it was a manual car, I wasn't sure if I could really drive in one. So unfortunately I had to ask if we could return it, Jim agreed to take it back when we rang him, no question asked. He came and collected it and said that he can look out for other cars that may suit my taste and ability! Will definitely recommend buying from Jim.

Following collection of my new car yesterday, I wanted to let people know about the companies willingness to help and professionalism shown through the whole buying process. It was great to be kept informed of the cars MOT progress, any jobs that needed doing, and when the car would be ready to collect, as well as Jim going above and beyond what I would normally expect of a dealer and contacting the previous owner to see if the service book could be traced (which she had thrown away), and also to gain some history of the car to pass onto me. I am very happy with the car and the price I purchased it for. After being stung by a dealer in the past, I was a little apprehensive at first, but Jim put my mind at ease and provided all the information I needed to help me make the decision to buy the car, without being pushy in any way.
