Terrible service…. From where should I start…😡 The lady in the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional.. Our appointment was changed twice without notifying. We had to leave our car for MOT and servicing for a week !!!! However that never happened😭. We never had an update about what was happening with our car, but when we contacted the lady, she kept on bluffing about their ramp is not free yet because of a truck and she would talk to the technician and will let us know. Same reason was given after a week again. So thinking of getting the vehicle back we went to the garage, and I could not see any truck on the ramp, and worst of all they did not even know where they parked our car🤬… my friend had to walk around all the streets with their staff to find the car!!! Ridiculous!!! I still have to find out what all things might have gone missing from our car!!! 🤯 Service: Engine repair

This is baffling and highly dishonest. A garage recommended by AA is fraudulent and lacking professionalism in all its forms. In the first place, no communication whatsoever I had to call AA on 3 occasions to find out about the situation with my vehicle which has not been resolved yet, even though I have been sent a receipt of payment for work not done. The vehicle is still in the garage currently because the MOT certificate which they issued is fraudulent because the work has not been done and I was charged for it. When I checked the government website it showed expired which is obvious. How can I drive a car with an expired MOT. I have emailed AA Care and they have not responded yet which is mind boggling. It has disorganised some of my plans and I do not know what else to do at the moment. In conclusion it is a horrible service and ...!

Went in to get the tyres changed. Service was extremely slow, took over an hour and half to have the work done and had to ask repeatedly how long it would be. My husband had the same work done elsewhere another time in less than an hour.
