Ian and Caroline the owners believe in good, decent old-fashioned service, they really have time for you and listen to you. Caroline even recognises me on the phone! they never over -charge you or try to rip you off; they are open, honest and explain to you in detail what is wrong with your car which as we know, these days is a rarity. Took my van to auto barn I had an electrical fault, Ian informed me that the fault may be related to a faulty BCM they suggested rather than undertaking checks that would take several hours and replacing the BCM, which would then require recoding by the main dealer. Ian suggested a trip to the main dealer cost at Auto barn zero. Great advise Great service "Great price"
