A rare find. Superb customer service. Was looking for an unusal gift for Christmas and stumbled upon this company. I liked their story so thought I'd give them a try. I placed 2 orders for shipping to 2 different address around 9m on the 17th of December. At 10pm I received a personalized reply from a real person. (Thank you Elina).They were happy to fulfill my special requests. Both items received in their respective destinations - one of which was Scotland - on the 20th. I was delighted to find this company on the net! I wanted to order some nice authentic Austrian lager, like I'm accustomed to drinking when in the Tyrol. I placed my order for 12 bottles of Stiegl. My Dad is Austrian and I have grown up visiting every year for holidays and to see family. With the current pandemic I am missing my trip home so started looking online specifically for Austrian food and beer....result I found Austrian Food UK!!! The service offered was fantastic with a great selection. I ordered and received my (well priced) shop really quickly and well packaged! So glad I found this company! My Mum is Austrian and homesick, so she was so excited when I sent her a surprise package of Austrian food.
