Have been customers for 30 years+ ... never once disappointed with service and outcomes. Have bought 3 bikes over those years. Still have 2 of them & 3rd now with family in NZ. (25 yr old ZX6R attracting a lot of attention!) Have always had bikes fixed & MOTd at Austins. All are straightforward & give sound advice & value for money. Recent fitting of new chain and sprockets completed with great attention to detail. I keep my bikes clean ... but Urban Tiger came home even more pristine! Would highly recommend this local gem of a bike shop!
