I arranged to view a property and explained that I would be traveling all the way from London where I currently live. Upon arrival to view the property for the agreed time the agent was not there, so after waiting for 10 minutes I called the office and was told that the property had sold the day prior. Although someone did eventually come so that I could still view the property acknowledging their mistake, it was a wasted 4hr 200 mile round trip. This could have all been avoided if they communicated more promptly with me so that I didn't waste my time and resources.

Worse experience ever! Took 18 months to complete sale. Countless calls not returned. Used Conveyancing Connect and their solicitor was terrible too. HS lawyers to be specific. Poor communication and service. Bad experience all around.

Excellent service from start to finish, Neil was very well mannered and had his facts in line when putting our house on the market, and had a plan of action in place from the start. Had offers after the open day which was accepted, The sale did drag of no fault of the Austin wyatt team but due to solicitors, and this is where they came into their own, if it wasn't for Liz who was overseeing the progress of our sale we would of no doubt pulled out of this and she single handed took control and took a load of weight off of our shoulders and was always coming back when promised with updates even if they didn't seem too important. Hopefully a while until I Need to use them again but wouldn't hesitate to recommend
