Average Vietnamese product and worthless warranty. Bought this product off Amazon UK for my partner. Now the machine doesn't work after being used SIX times and the seller doesn't want to know. Wasted £150 on this junk: I would have been better off spending the money on a second hand Toyota machine. If the owner/seller actually contacts me and helps to sort this out then I will update this review accordingly, as when I purchase a product with TWO years warranty, I don't expect grief. My partner just wants a machine that functions! She's only using it to do basic home sewing... EDIT: Machine seems to be working ok, but don't think it's as good as a Singer or Toyota machine. Time will tell. In fairness, there's a good amount of functions on the Austin. I've changed the review in response to the seller.
