John is an absolute legend and a pleasure to deal with. Nervously bought my bike from Austin Motorcycles having passed my test the week before and knowing nothing. John could not have been more helpful. Put bike in for MOT the next day and delivered to me whilst the sun still shining. Later I found a niggle with a dodgy break light switch and phoned for help. Not only did John talk through simple resolutions and diagnose that evening, but got the part to fit for me within a couple of days. It is easy to be a good company when all goes right, but the measure of a great company is how they deal with something that goes awry. Thank you!
