Wouldn't help with private home use machine in my home bar, despite several messages over the course of several months insisting they would gladly help me. Very frustrating and disappointing. Only live round the corner as well. I am a paying customer like anyone else so can't understand the problem. Very disappointing for an Old Town business that is just a one minute walk from me. Now having to seek an engineer from further afield.
