I've been using Aura Print for over 3 years now and will definitely continue to use them for my business - great print quality, quick delivery and good pricing. I use them to make products for sale such as prints, bookmarks and greeting cards, as well as general things I need for my business such as leaflets and stickers. There's a great variety on offer, I particulary love their foiled products and the fact you can print on some really lovely paper stocks such as Colorplan. You can also print at custom sizes which really makes Aura Print stand out as a business.

We received printed business cards that were faded and illegible after approving a proof that looked fine, and following all guidance for the artwork. We asked for a reprint or a refund as the cards were not fit for use, to be advised that the pt. size of the font used was unsuitable for print. For a £131 job, this wasn't made clear on the proof or pointed out prior to printing. (We have also printed the same artwork successfully with an alternative printers). After back and forth emails, Aura/The Foil Printing Co. have advised that they will no longer respond. We are therefore left with illegible business cards that can't be used and a loss of £131. This has been the worst customer service experience we have received in a long time.
