Birmingham Close up
First review of Coffee shops, coffee bars in Birmingham City and surrounding areas. I am going to feature independent coffee shops and multiple chain coffee shops, so one can make a comparison. If you are looking for the perfect atmosphere to relax and have a coffee in the most wonderful surroundings then look no further, this one is going to be difficult to beat. stunningly beautiful, peaceful setting, do not worry, it is not austere, on the contrary, it is quite the opposite, very friendly and laid-back. Cappuccino is excellent one of the best I have had, and the price is comparable to most places. The service here is excellent and very friendly, well-trained staff. The cream tea is served every day from 12 until 5 o’clock it is only £6.50. I thought it was excellent value. You can have a choice of drinks, two scones, clotted cream and jam two small cakes. If you cannot finish it you can ask for a doggy bag to take home with you. AMBIENCE- 10 SERVICE-10 Coffee-10 Food- To follow UPDATE. They have a free coffee morning for everyone who lives here on Thursdays with cake. I went along because the restaurant is also open to the public, but I did not realise it was their coffee morning. I hope they forgive me for gate-crashing😪 the coffee morning, another reason why it is a wonderful place to live. I met some of the most charming people I have ever met. It was a very delightful morning sitting outside in the glorious sun at last.
