I had to come away from Audley Mills, whom I had been using for many years, as they were discriminative towards me, which the primary care team, and other support workers were horrified with. One partucular female member of staff was very short and rude to me, and my support worker also recognised her attitude when she called the pharmacy. So, I have now changed to the Grange Pharmacy who have been a breath of fresh air from the outset

First dealing with this chemist today and they went out of their way to help me after 111 doctors had issued a drug for my son which was out of stock nationwide- they arranged it to be changed and called me when was ready - was so appreciated with a poorly 2 year old who needed medication
