The microsu tion hurt three times after which he I experienced hearing loss. Secondly the hearing test was constantly interrupted by noise and trains during g the beeps. I'm scared the get my ears cleaned from this person who did it

I do not trust this company at all - they carry out a very limited test in a hearing booth where all the sounds are drowned out by the noise of the tube trains constantly passing above. They sign everyone up and claim people need hearing aids. There is no proper explanation given and the room where the test is carried out is cluttered and untidy. It is impossible to speak to the company regarding after care service and the whole thing is very sloppy and haphazard. This was for the National Health Service section so I cannot comment about private. M
