Lack of continuity with previous person seen a year ago, and the last session a week ago when moulded hearing aids were suggested. None were offered this time. The audiologist was very pleasant and patient with my elderly mother. Never been aware of ears bleeding after wax removal before but was assured all was well. Glad of new advice to use olive oil a couple of times a month, and really appreciative that our second appointment this month was arranged so easily.
