We rang Audio Visual a couple of weeks before Christmas as the system wasn’t working correctly in our village hall and they were extremely helpful and responsive, arranging an engineer’s visit within a week. Audio Visual made contact as a cold-call offering a free no-obligation survey of our existing church audio system. This was accepted as we have long term interest in possibly adding visual equipment and could see value in a professional review of our current audio capability. The visit was arranged and the survey carried out pleasantly and efficiently without commercial pressure, which was appreciated, and with an appropriate level of technical explanation. A well-presented report was provided promptly with several options set out simply and clearly, and priced in an easily understood manner, with alternatives. This resulted in us ordering a hearing induction loop and a bluetooth receiver for our existing system. Installation was carried out efficiently and carefully, and full instructions given. The options for a visual system were clearly presented and priced, for future consideration. We would be pleased to recommend Audio Visual to any church considering an AV installation.

It took a very long time securing the necessary faculties for our church and during that time we were regularly contacted and encouraged but with no pressure. When it came to faculty preparation, AV supplied all the necessary paperwork, plans and options for us so we had nothing to do except choose our system. The team who fitted our sound system were brilliant-so kind, efficient and friendly. After sales service has been excellent. Our church has been transformed and the activities we can now plan so much more exciting. The community are delighted. I cannot recommend Neil and his team highly enough - nothing is too much trouble and their patience has been overwhelming! Thank you everyone.

Audio Visual Direct have now carried out three projects in our Church - most recently we have had a drop down screen and projector installed. They are incredibly efficient and really understand the complex nature of installing modern technology into ancient buildings. At every stage they were detailed, practical, amenable to last minute changes as required by our DAC, and the whole job was a delight! The installation engineers were terrific, mindful of their workspace , careful and the finished job nothing short of excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending AVD to anyone in need of audio-visual equipment - especially in a church setting.
