    Thanks to both Gareth and Rishi for their help and patience with my relative Hi-Fi inexperience. They gave me a run down of all of the options within my budget and allowed me to try out a range of combinations in their demo room which was so helpful. Having a chance to hear my music played on multiple sets of speakers and amps in order to hone in on my favourite combo was extremely eye-opening (ear-opening?). Rishi's knowledge is very deep and his explanations of the different parts of the system were clear and concise. A truly excellent experience at Audio T Reading, thanks to both of you!

    Had the good fortune to be welcomed by RISHI TIND when visiting the Reading showroom a week or so ago (not the easiest place to find !… but never mind it was worth the effort)…. Rishi was very knowledgeable and give us great advice. He was professional and friendly too…. Happy to say we walked away with a new Turntable, Amp and speakers ….. both myself and Mrs F are extremely delighted with our set up and enjoying again the unique sound and experience that vinyl delivers…….. thank you Rishi for your advice…so pleased we listened .

I came into the store wanting to purchase a new CD player for my "Cambridge Audio DacMagic 200M" Dac, which didn't work with the CD player I already had. Instead of simply selling me a CD player off the bat, he went above and beyond by having me bring in my current CD player to test with their equipment to see if I even needed to make a purchase. He figured out the problem and assisted with buying compatible and fully tested equipment to go with the Dac. He even came to my home to help set the equipment up! I am pensioner in the early stages of dementia and struggle with details and memory in general, to the point that I have to enlist my son to write this review for me, yet Rishi had all the patience in the world dealing with my problem. Ended up purchasing the "AUDIOLAB 6000CDT CD TRANSPORT" from Audio T for a good price. The staff at the store really know their stuff and don't simply try to sell you any old rubbish. My setup, including the new CD player purchased from Audio T, is the AUDIOLAB 6000CDT CD TRANSPORT, Cambridge, Audio DacMagic 200M Pioneer A400 integrated amplifier and some HECO speakers. Audio T was very helpful with choosing suitable equipment for my existing setup, even though I didn't buy any of my existing equipment from them. Date of experience: 02 March 2023

Having had an Arcam hifi separates system for some years now (from Audio-T), I decided to join the 21st century and get a music streamer, the Arcam ST-60. Gareth was so helpful with his advice and even dropped the product to me at home within the week. Amazing service!
