Purchased pair of speakers, ex-demo and sight unseen (pics emailed matched the item identically). Luke from the Portsmouth branch not only delivered them on Sunday, but with help managed to get them up some stairs (100kg each), and even went to the effort of installing the better isolation feet to help aid integration into the room. Excellent.

I arranged a demo appointment back in may last year,to listen to a rega planer 6 / aria , and an audiolab 6000 c.d. transport along with an audiolab dac, and kef floorstander speakers.The audition was very sucessful,and i puchased all but the speakers,which were very good,but i preferred the wharfdale evo 4.3's which were aesthetically better looking {not stocked by audio t}.I've just had a problem with the rega mc phonamp,and they kindly put it on test,but found nothing wrong.I've now traced the fault to an interconnect lead{not purchased here}, and every thing is singing again.I cant thank the team at audio t in portsmouth enough for all their help and kindness,and would whole heartingly recomend them to every one.Thanks.

I have no idea why I haven't been here earlier!! I was looking for some ceiling speakers for a while and was gathering data and reviews when I thought maybe they have some that I can listen to?? So came here on Saturday midday and ask if there are any? Staff. Was very friendly and suggest that I can listen to some that they have on display in demo room. 10 minutes and I was blown away! I will be making a purchase for sure! They even do match prices so what's there a reason niot to buy? Highly recommended 👌🏻

This morning I emailed to check if the CD player I wanted was physically in stock. I was told an ex-display model was available and did I want it. I replied yes please I'll come and collect shortly. I was at the shop within an hour of my enquiry, and the young lad who greeted me knew nothing. I was waiting for over ten minutes for a salesman, who told me it had been sold. All within one hour of my confirmation?! Very disappointed in this experience.

Went to the Portsmouth branch to audition sone floor standers..took my nad amp and hooked up to marantz 6007cd...luke tagged up acoustic energy 109s..but yo warm for my ears..nxt he showed me the B&W 603 s2 anniversary..well what a fantastic sound..iwas worried of their size that my lounge wouldn't be big enough and the sound not the best..luke gave me all the technical advice and and explained how these speakers work in many different room types..we did try done kef speakers but I was taken with the603s...the staff are great and very knowledgeable..nothing is to much trouble..I highly recommend the Portsmouth branch..luke even delivered free and I'm I'm very grateful for his help and knowledge..if you want great hifi and great service..then I recommend you give the branch a visit..Happy me😁

Called to ensure the product I wanted was in stock. Was assured it was in "brand new and boxed" condition as I required. One hours drive later I rang the bell to be allowed into the store where I was shown a 6 month old version of what I wanted and told I could order a new one as the one on display was not at the end of its demonstration rotation. Being charitable, perhaps the assistant I spoke to prior to my visit misunderstood the meaning of "in stock and ready to collect". But still a wasted journey, and very frustrating having wasted 2 hours of my Saturday. Edit: Having received an apology and an explanation for the mistakes made by a new staff member I have revised my "star" rating to 3 rather than 1 out of five. As a long-standing customer of Audio-T this was the first time they'd disappointed me, and following contact from them I'm sure the issues I had will be remedied.

Brilliant service. I popped in by to try out speaker systems and ultimately understood that the amp makes all the difference since I'm new to the audiophile world. Jake the assistant manager spent about 2 hours giving me the opportunity to listen to my music on their speaker systems in the demo room. Really appreciate your help Jake! I am now considering to buy the Acoustic Energy AE100 and a REGA IO amp.
