I pre arranged a visit. With some equipment set up. Turned up at the shop, music in hand along with friend. James had set everything up, with replacements for alternative equipment. Played music for an hour, James switched speakers and provided iPads for streaming. Outstanding service. I ordered some equipment. James deducted money from my sub to match another store. Threw in some discounts for cables. Kept me informed of delays. Munir delivered the gear, wrong amp but replaced a week later. Outstanding and professional service. This is a great HiFi shop. It has a well considered range of stock, but more than that it has people who are deeply passionate and knowledgeable about their subject. I would strongly recommend auditioning equipment here and there are facilities to do so. Buying some things online is great, but for a purchase like this you need to trust your senses and be there.
